FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Where do I pick up my keys?

There is a Keysafe lock located on the wall outside the apartment, your code will be sent in your email confirmation.

I have not received my confirmation email/access codes?

Once the security deposit is paid, you will receive your confirmation email. You would have received a payment link for this via the email address provided, please also check your junk folder.

Is there parking ?

There are complimentary on-street parking spaces located opposite Burlington Place. These are on a first-come, first served basis.

Can I check in early or leave late?

Check in is from 3pm. Check out is by 11am Early/late check-in/out available at £10 per hour subject to availability. Please ring directly if you require this for your stay.

What is the security deposit?

Each booking will also need to pay a £96 refundable security deposit. This is then refunded after housekeeping has checked the rooms. Guest cannot stay unless this is paid.
